You don’t need to convince me! My dad used to sell Udder Ointment at the grain elevator he owned in Ashland and we always had jars of it around the house. My mother, who went to finishing school in Washington, D.C., but married a sheep farmer, used to walk around the house calling for “udder ointment!” whenever anyone had dry skin or itches.
My brother and sister and I routinely have talked about udder ointment while discussing childhood memories, and we were sad when it was no longer available.

The Marines I was with and I got the ointment the day we left March Air Force Base. We always have a group of volunteers that bring in a bunch of toiletries and things they think we may get use. They set up tables and we could have what we wanted. We call these volunteers “huggers”, because hey hug us before we leave and as soon as we come home. They are at all the airports we stop in before we leave the country too. My Uncle Jim gave us the chap-stick…well actually he gave it to my daughter and I took it over ) until it was misplaced ( As for my hair, it is thick and curly and the humidity out in Iraq made my hair look like a mop. Even here in San Diego my hair gets wild sometimes. Just a lil’ pea size bit of that udder ointment tamed my hair and added back some moisture that the chemicals in the water take away from it. We wear boots all the time there, and my feet get so rough from that. I glob the ointment on and put socks on before I go to sleep. And like I mentioned before, i have eczema and my skin gets itchy all the time. The stuff my dermatologist gives me doesn’t even work as good as Udder Ointment.
I’m serious about that the little sample you sent me did more good for my daughter’s eczema than a trial tube of prescription cream a dermatologists gave us to try. Thankfully, Camdyn’s eczema isn’t too bad, but it was a nasty patch on the back of her neck. Couldn’t get it under control till Dr. Hess Udder Ointment! Well, Dr. Hess Udder Ointment didn’t cure my ezcema but it surely works wonder on my skin. I have had ezcema for the pass 12 years and used numerous demotologist recommended moisturizers and steroids. Non of the moisturizers work as well as the Udder Ointment, not only does it not burn my skin, but it also has a long lasting soothing effect on it which makes my everyday life much more managable. I am very happy to have found this product!!

Oh my gosh. I received this email from a classmate regarding the interview on TV. Udder ointment is like a staple in our home. Having four children we used the ointment on every cut and scrape. The doctor would say neosporin and we would use udder ointment. I would think, doesn’t he know about udder ointment. Now it is being used on the grandchildren but until now it was not readily available. I think my one son would eat if he could, he loves it so much. born in 1920, none of her children ever had it, including me, I was
the youngest born in 1950, and on and on. It’s a great product for rough chapped hands and feet. After a particularly harsh project such as refinishing furniture or working outside a lot, Udder ointment is the greatest for clearing up your
hands, over night. My mother would slather her hands with udder
ointment and wear white cotton gloves over night, and the next day her
hands would be soft and smooth again.
My Grandmother, always washed dishes in such hot water, and udder
ointment kept her hands so soft. As a kid every scrape and abrasion
was treated with Udder ointment with success, and I love it now for
rough elbows, heals, and chapped lips. I keep a jar on my counter in
my wellness center and just letter people take a dab for their chapped
hands.They love it.
I’ve never tried bag balm, although people confuse this with that,
until they try Huss udder ointment, then they immediatly notice the

I found the Udder Stick at the General Store at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO while we were vacationing. My lips and skin get so chapped up there in the mountains. I bought the Udder Stick on an impulse buy as I was checking out and I am so glad that I did! It is my new favorite lip balm. I love the smell and it fees incredible on my lips. Udder Ointment saved my hands! I am a Pediatric Nurse and have eczema on my hands – which doesn’t make for a good combination with all the hand washing. My father knew of my eczema and all of my many failed attempts at trying to heal it, so he gave me a 2 ounce jar of the Udder Ointment he had received from a friend. Well, you now have a customer for life!! I don’t have to use my prescription medication for my eczema when I use Udder Ointment (which is very nice because the prescription ointment is a steroid). Hess & Clark Udder Ointment on my children’s diaper rash in the late 1980′s. It worked marvelously. Our family would then use the Udder Ointment on severe sunburn and it takes the sting right out. Just gob it on. If you receive a burn from a hot pan, it works great! This cream is a must have for family use. In many cases, it works better than triple antibiotic creams.
I recommend the ointment to all my patients for side effects ranging from hand-foot syndrome to dry skin from radiation treatment etc. It works beautifully and is affordable for patients Thank you for making such a wonderful product

I have a daughter that is a severe diabetic and this is the only product that we have found that helps her dry and cracked feet!
I have used it on a diabetic ulcer on my foot and it is almost healed.

Works on my husbands coal miners fingers. They get cracks and excema on them and it is the only thing that cleared it up.
