The septum on my nose was so tender I hated to touch it with a tissue. In desperation I put some Bull Balm on it and around my nostrils. An hour later, no soreness and it didn't hurt to catch the drips. Fast relief, no more tenderness when I kept the area coated. That's a miracle! Thanks for the fast, permanent relief!
